Each copy purchased is licensed to one single user to be used on one single computer.  Our special offers include periodically, additional license(s) free of charge.  The free copy is licensed to the same customer and in his/her name, not to be sold or used outside the premises of the location registered with us.  The cost of a second set of manuals and protection key are not included in the offer and will be charged separately. Technical support on software utilization is free of charge to Registered users by e-mail or over the phone for a period of Six months following the receipt of the software package.  Otherwise, consultation over the phone, or tech-support past the 6 months period, will be subject to a reasonable fee unless a maintenance agreement is in force.   The maintenance agreement is optional and entitles our client to free:  minor upgrades & technical support during the maintenance period in addition to 40% discount on the purchase of new versions (major upgrades) of the licensed software.
